So, here's what you can do with Motif # 96 (the mesh), that I've posted a few days ago. The center reminds me a little bit of wiggly crochet, although the stitches are not so dense. I'm not sure if those dc's - which are worked onto the mesh later - are supposed to stand up, but on the picture in the book they do. However, I like it better when the stitches lie flat, like you see it in my version of the motif.

They are flat still give a 3-D effect! Nice colors, as always!
ReplyDeleteWhen I see this it makes me wanna do the same. I've started a project for one year: one sketch a day but when choosing the project i've doubted a lot about one granny square a day.
