Notes:
Today's the start of a new series of motifs. The first motifs I made were those I fell in love with at first glance. After that I've changed my strategy: I flipped through the five chapters, and of each chapter I took the first motifs, that I haven't made until now. Like this one, motif #2. It's pretty, isn't it? I think I like this strategy, because I've discovered that I often like those motifs better than the motifs of my first series (maybe my expectations are not that high, who knows?)

I am so happy I found your blog. I have been researching my Family Tree and have found that someof my ancesters came from Bayern. SO when I read your blog I feel like I am reading about something form them. Strange, I know . . but it just feels good to think I have found someone who lives in my ancesters hometown.
ReplyDeleteDear Paula, I loved reading this comment, I really did! Unfortunately I couldn't find an e-mail address in your profile, so just in case you check back here again: Do you have the name of a city where your ancesters lived? Maybe it's near to my home, who knows? Maybe I've been there and could tell you a little bit about it? Just let me know by e-mail if you're interested in a little chat about "good ol' Germany" :)
